Automotive and lifestyle network, Drive TV, has unveiled its latest special, Chasing Champions, set to premiere on Channel Nine at 1 pm AEDT on Sunday, 28 January. Partnering with tennis luminary Dylan Alcott AO and Kia Australia, the program sheds light on the journey of Jack Howell, a burgeoning Paralympian, exploring the realm of competitive sports for individuals with disabilities.

The special, timed before the Australian Open Men’s Final, delves into the personal narrative of Howell, a recipient of the Dylan Alcott Foundation. As an aspiring triathlete Paralympian, Howell's journey to the Paris 2024 Paralympics is the focal point, offering viewers an intimate perspective on his experiences and the broader landscape of competitive parasports.

Hosted by Emma Notarfrancesco and Alcott, Chasing Champions follow the success of last year's Australian Open production, Road to the Open.

The program also features Kia's flagship electric vehicles – the high-performance Kia EV6 GT and the family-oriented Kia EV9 GT Line.

Terry King, executive producer of Drive TV, said, "This was such an engaging production to be a part of. The natural chemistry between Dylan and Emma, paired with the inspiring stories, latest Kia EVs, and the unmatched vibes of Melbourne's streets made for an unforgettable experience."
