Romance was in full bloom on Seven's Farmer Wants a Wife, with heartfelt one-on-one dates giving way to emotional goodbyes as one farmer made a double elimination in a dramatic farm farewell.

Still reeling from Claire’s shock departure, Farmer Thomas treated Clarette to an afternoon of oyster shucking and champagne.

Clarette, determined to seize her chance, opened up during their candlelit dinner, saying: If you want me here, honestly, I will be here till the end.” Later that night, she boldly asked Thomas if he found her attractive. His response? A simple but telling, “yes.”

Farmer Corey and Chelsea took to the dirt tracks for a four-wheel driving adventure, followed by a romantic picnic.

But Chelsea, still processing the news that Corey had kissed both her and Keeley on the same night, confronted him: You kissed someone else after me… It was our special moment and it kind of got taken away by that.” Corey reassured her, saying their kiss felt “right and special” and that he had been waiting to spend time with her.

For his one-on-one date, Farmer Jarrad opted for a sporty twist, taking Ash to a baseball game before heading to a retro diner for dinner and dancing. When they hit the dancefloor, Ash finally scored her long-awaited kiss with the young farmer.

Meanwhile, Farmer Tom and Georgie went gold panning and swimming, making the most of their solo time. The date ended with a kiss, highlighting growing feelings between the pair.

As the dates wrapped up, attention turned back to the farms, where the reality of farewell dinners loomed. Farmer Corey decided it was time for Hunter to leave, citing a lack of connection. Tom and Thomas chose to keep all their ladies for now.

But it was Farmer Jarrad who made the most shocking move of the night. Sure of his feelings for Chloe and Ash, he asked Lucy to leave.

Returning to the dinner table, he dropped another bombshell, saying Bri would also be leaving. I’ve been through some tough things in my life, but as hard as that was, it was the right thing to do,” he said. “I didn’t want to be another crappy bloke who leads a girl on.”

Next episode, it’s the ladies’ turn to take charge, designing their dream dates for the farmers. And with only two ladies remaining, Farmer Jarrad is on the verge of his happily ever after, but who will capture his heart?
