Australian singer Jessica Mauboy has joined the 2015 Channel Nine Telethon, to be held on October 17. Mauboy will perform her new single "This Ain't Love" live in front of a studio audience during the charity event.

Mauboy said: “It’s such an honour to be invited to sing "This Ain’t Love" for this year’s Channel Nine Telethon. If through my music I can help raise money for the telethon and the unwell children of Queensland, it’s an opportunity I can’t turn down and one I am extremely proud to be involved with.”

The song is Mauboy’s first single from her forthcoming studio album, and comes off the back of the platinum-selling album Beautiful, which produced six hit singles and won her an ARIA Award for Best Female Artist in 2013.

She will also perform at The Coffee Club Telethon Ball, singing for an expected crowd of 1,200 guests who will also raise funds to help the telethon reach the $10 million mark.

The Channel Nine Telethon is a statewide appeal for the Children's Hospital Foundation.

Tickets are available to be in the live studio audience here. Money raised from the sales will go the charity cause.
