Appearances from politicians Fiona Nash and Joel Fitzgibbon, University of Southern Queensland Vice-Chancellor Jan Thomas, Toowoomba mayor Paul Antonio and musician Katie Noonan on ABC's Q&A saw a switched-on and tweet-trigger-happy unique audience of 51.3k, with 1.1m impressions. In sport, the Rugby World Cup was the talk of the town, with 1.0 million impressions for the 3am World Cup Final between Australia and New Zealand.
