Wondering whether The Amazing Race Australia will be on Network 10 in 2026? It won’t.

Network 10 has confirmed the reality franchise will not return to screens in 2026, pointing to travel logistics as a key factor in the decision.

“We’ve been working on another brilliant new season of The Amazing Race Australia, but due to several factors including travel logistics, it will not be part of our 2026 program schedule,” a Network 10 spokesperson said.

What it means for 10’s schedule

The update comes after the format was positioned as part of 10’s broader entertainment slate for 2026, before plans changed ahead of the programming year.

The Australian edition is hosted by Beau Ryan.

On his Triple M breakfast show this morning, Beau confirmed that the show had been 'rested' for the 2026 schedule, but may still be filmed this year, to air next year.

The most recent season, The Amazing Race Australia: Celebrity Edition, delivered a national average audience of 813,000, up 7 per cent year-on-year, according to figures published by Network 10 and reported in industry wrap-ups.
