The Chase on Seven was the most-watched entertainment program on total TV, reaching an audience of 790,000 and an increase of 2%, while Better Homes and Gardens clocked 656,000 views, and a lift of 5%.
ABC’s Smother experienced the highest lift on overnight with a 32% increase to reach a total audience of 307,000.

Seven has dominated the nightly shares with a network shares of 34.7% and a primary share of 23.8%, while Nine followed behind with 26% and 17.17%, respectively.
The top entertainment show of the evening was The Chase on Seven, reaching an audience of 490,000. Seven’s AFL: Friday Night Football had 423,000 views as the West Coast Eagles suffered their biggest-ever loss at Optus Stadium, going down by 109 points to the Richmond Tigers, losing 25.15 (165) to 8.8 (56). Seven’s AFL was the most-watched program among the 16-39 and 18-49 demographics.

Nine’s Hot Seat was the network's most viewed entertainment program, reaching 366,000 people, while Friday Night NRL pulled in an audience of 283,000. 178,000 Sydney-siders tuned in to watch the Rabbitohs defeat the Sea Eagles 40-22 at Central Coast Stadium.

On ABC, 400,000 people tuned in to watch Jerry Coleby-Williams explore Cairns Botanic Gardens on Gardening Australia.
The Living Room on 10 reached an audience of 299,000 as Jimmy and Jane Barnes showcased their all-new cookbook. The 7PM Project had 264,000 views.
The top non-news program on SBS was a repeat of Great Asian Railway Journeys with 116,000 views.

STV
Fox League claimed the top two spots on subscription TV with their coverages of the Rabbitohs v Sea Eagles (274,000 views) and the Titans v Panthers (221,000 views), as the Panthers destroyed the Titans 18-4.

Fox Footy’s coverage of the West Coast v Richmond matched clocked 184,00 views, while Friday Footy on Fox pulled in 93,000 people.
