The Accompany Group welcomes Joanna Lilley as principal

Lilley has previously held senior roles at Droga5 and Moon Communications

ACCOMPANY Joanna Lilley

The Accompany Group has appointed Joanna Lilley to the new role of principal of the independent strategic brand and design company.

Lilley, former Houston Group managing director, joins founder and creative director of Accompany, Linda Jukic, on the senior management team and will be responsible for leading the company’s strategic vision and driving client relationships on brand identity and transformation projects.

Lilley has a varied background across brand strategy and communications. She was a key player on large-scale brand projects, including the evolution of Qantas in 2016 and the return of iconic Australian fuel brand Ampol.
 
As well as the development and implementation of brand identities for Screen Australia, University of Technology Sydney (UTS), independent gelato retailer Gelatissimo and digital international money transfer platform OFX.

Previously, she has held senior roles at Droga5 and Moon Communications, working with clients such as supermarket chain Woolworths and the Westfield shopping centre portfolio in Australia.

Jukic, founder and executive director of Accompany, said: "I am excited to welcome Jo to the team at Accompany. Her passion and energy for compelling creative work that solves real business problems is something I have much admired.

"Jo has a stand-out track record in the industry, built from a background in specialist brand consultancy and ad agencies, and working with a diverse range of organisations from large corporates to start-ups. She has a unique perspective and is the cornerstone to the next exciting chapter for Accompany.”

Projects by Accompany include the brand identity for Bailey Nelson and creating a design system implemented across their global and diverse retail ecosystem. Developing brand identities for The Coffee Club, Australian Ethical and Stanford Brown, and working as Opera Australia’s ongoing marketing partner.
