The Noisy Collective has hired Natalia Muller as managing director, Sydney, marking the first major senior hire since the merger of Noisy Beast and iD Collective late last year.

Effective immediately, Muller’s appointment follows the consolidation of the group’s Sydney operations into a central CBD location on Carrington Street.

Strengthening leadership after merger

Muller brings extensive experience across business strategy, operations, team leadership and client relations, with a background spanning prestige fashion, beauty, retail and lifestyle brands.

She joins from MCMPR, where she held a senior leadership role focused on strategic growth and operational excellence for premium clients.

The hire strengthens the executive bench of the newly formed group, which positions itself as one of Australia’s largest independent agencies following the Noisy Beast and iD Collective merger in late 2024.

A symbiotic, full-service model

The Noisy Collective operates a through-the-line model that brings together creative, media, digital, social, events and communications under one roof, offering clients a single point of contact in an increasingly fragmented agency landscape.

The appointment comes amid recent client wins including Grill’d, Kinder and the AFL, and alongside the establishment of a new Sydney office and showroom.

Sydney now sits alongside Melbourne as a headquarters location, with additional operations in London, New Zealand and Adelaide.

Leadership focus on growth and efficiency

Muller said the group’s integrated structure was a key drawcard.

“The symbiotic offering is a best-in-class model for the future of brand-agency partnerships,” Muller said.

“The ability to deliver seamless, strategic solutions across multiple disciplines with genuine efficiency, and maximum creativity, is rare in the market. I'm excited to lead our Sydney operations and build on the strong foundation that has been established by Dave and Amanda and the wider team.”

Executive partner Amanda Booth said the appointment reflects the group’s ambition for the next phase of growth.

“Nat's appointment reflects our ambition for our collective. Her strategic acumen and deep experience position her to lead Sydney into a new era of growth and opportunity,” Booth said.

“Not only does the appointment strengthen our presence in the local Sydney market, it also marks an important step in shaping the leadership structure that supports the group’s future.”

Managing partner David Brown added that Muller will also play a broader role across the group.

“We’re thrilled to welcome Nat to the team not just to help us drive our unique business model in the Sydney market but also to join the executive team to help us think differently about our approach,” Brown said.

“Nat is just what we’ve been looking for, super-smart, hugely grounded with a successful track record that speaks for itself and also incredibly well liked by everyone.”
