Tiffiny Hall will reprise her role of trainer when TBL Families returns to TEN later this year.
The fifth dan Taekwondo instructor will join fellow trainers Michelle Bridges, Shannan Ponton and Steve “Commando” Willis as they motivate four Australian families to achieve their weight-loss dreams.
No stranger to the format, Hall trained the Duncan family on TBL Families in 2011, applying her martial arts philosophy of training the mind to train the body.
TBL Families is a Shine Australia production for Network Ten.
