Fight mania will fire up this week on Main Event with Tszyu v Spark on Wednesday, July 7.

Fans will have access to all of the action with Main Event being the only place to watch the events Live on Foxtel and Kayo.

In a major coup for boxing fans, the event plus all future Main Event fights will now be available to stream via pay-per-view on Kayo at mainevent.kayosports.com.au, in addition to purchasing through Foxtel.

The action begins on Wednesday night when the biggest name in Australian boxing and Australia’s number one boxer Tim Tszyu will take on contender and rising boxer Stevie Spark.

Tim Tszyu holds an impressive current undefeated record of 18-0, including 14 wins by knockout and is now ranked inside the top 10 with all major sanctioning bodies. Tszyu became the hero of Newcastle in March this year when he defeated world-ranked opponent Dennis Hogan and now makes his return to the dubbed ‘Tszyucastle’ Entertainment Centre looking to take down Spark as he edges his way closer to a world title fight.

His opponent Stevie Spark is already winning praise after stepping in on seven days’ notice with original opponent Michael Zerafa pulling out of the fight. The 24-year-old boxer from Toowoomba has been rising up the ranks in Australia with a pro-record of 12 wins, including 11 by knockout and 1 loss. His most recent win was over Jack Brubaker, an opponent he shares with Tszyu, via unanimous decision in April. The July 7 bout with Tszyu will see Spark jump up a division to super welterweight.
