TV Ratings April 14, 2022: Thursday night AFL kicks goals for Seven

• AFL and Home And Away give Seven the win

Total TV Ratings: April 7

On 10, Gogglebox lifted 27% for a total TV audience of 908,000.

Home and Away saw a similar lift of 23%, bringing in 907,000 viewers. The late episode of Home and Away rose even more – a lift of 33% for a total of 731,000.

On the ABC, Foreign Correspondent rose 11%for a total of 516,000.

Overnight TV Ratings: April 14

Seven has won the last work day before the Easter long weekend with a primary share of 22.5% and a network share of 32.7%. It also took out the highest multichannel with 7mate recording a 4.9% share.

On Seven, Home and Away drew a crowd of 386,000 before in the AFL the Lions took on the Magpies, with 431,000 watching as the Lions just scraped in with a 98-91 win.

On Nine, A Current Affair had 508,000 tune in as they covered the beer tax that's killing the cheap schooner and took the new generations of flip phones out for a spin. Afterwards, RBT drew an audience of 151,000.

On Nine’s Thursday Night Footy, 216,000 watched the Cowboys come out victorious over the Raides 18-12.

On 10, The Project spoke to Zoe Coombs Marr and asked why the government hasn’t set up a Federal Corruption Watchdog for an audience of 178,000 (6:30pm) and 255,000 (7pm). 

First Dates then drew a crowd of 269,000 before 370,000 took to the couch alongsidse the Goggleboxers. 

On the ABC, 369,000 watched 7:30 speak to Stuart Robert and Richard Marles, before Foreign Correspondent took 267,000 to Tel Aviv. Q+A was live from Sydney with 211,000 watching panellists Osher Günsberg, Professor Megan Davis, Kate McBride, Andrew Bragg, and Chris Bowen.

The highest rating program on SBS was Every Family Has A Secret with 176,000 viewers.
