TV Ratings October 23, 2022: The Block tops the night overall in Overnight and Total TV
A familiar face makes an appearance on AGT

Total TV Ratings, October 16
The Block has topped the night overall on Total TV, with 1,760,000 viewers tuning in for the Guest Bedroom and Redo Room reveals – up 26%.
Australia’s Got Talent was up 14% as it kicked off its second week, bringing in 948,000 viewers.
Spicks and Specks got 893,000 up and dancing, lifting 22%. Significant Others rose 42%, following on with 742,000 viewers.
The launch of The Traitors was up 36%, with 466,000 watching as Millie was ‘murdered’ and Jack was banished.

Nine has won the night with a 28.2% primary share, and a 40.8% network share.

With 284,000 watching India get the win over Pakistan in their ICC T20 World Cup match, 9Gem has won multichannels for the night with an 8.3% share.
On Nine, it’s the sprint to the finish on The Block. 1,005,000 tuned in as the lack of a roof on Omar and Oz’s shed left the pair unable to finish their room before the reveal, leading to an official apology from Scott Cam. The Block was the only show to crack the million mark last night, and was the top show overall. 60 Minutes looked into the work of Dr Charlie Teo and spoke to some of his previous patients for 701,000.
Australia’s Got Talent brought back a familiar face on Seven, with 515,000 watching as Young Talent Time star Beven Addinsall stepped on stage to audition. The Disappearance of Grace Millane followed, telling 264,000 the story of the British backpacker who went missing while on a Tinder date in New Zealand in 2018.
On the ABC, Inside the Sydney Opera House took 330,000 around one of the country’s most famous buildings, before Significant Others brought in 251,000 viewers.
The Sunday Project (240,000 7pm) covered what will be in the upcoming federal budget, and interviewed six-time world champion cliff diver, Rhiannan Iffland. The Traitors had 221,000 tune in as another Faithful was banished, and host Rodger Corser introduced The Shield to the game.
