TV Ratings October 29, 2022: ABC's Death in Paradise pulls a crowd

Total TV Ratings, October 22

The ICC Men's T20 World Cup on Nine topped the total TV ratings, pulling in  698,000 views and rising 4%. 

Border Security – Australia’s Front Line on Seven was the most-watched entertainment program of the night, reaching 581,000 people and rising by 4%.

A repeat of Death in Paradise on ABC came in next, reaching 482,000 people and increasing by 3%.

The Capture on ABC experienced the biggest increase on total TV with 54% reaching a total audience of 209,000

Overnight TV Ratings, October 28

Seven has won the Saturday night ratings, with a 30.9% network share and 19.4 primary channel share. 7TWO took out the multichannel win with a 4.6% share.

Nine’s A Current Affair topped the night with 384,000 views as the program met with the people behind one of Australia's most iconic pubs being torn apart due to damning allegations.

Seven's Border Security – Australia’s Front Line was the second entertainment program of the night, bringing in 3467,000 views as a convicted drug smuggler returned to Australia for the first time since his arrest 15 years ago. Later in the night Star Wars: The Force Awakens clocked 211,000 views.

On ABC, a repeat of Death in Paradise was the top entertainment program, clocking 384,000 views. In the episode, a storm hit Saint Marie, and the police station became a crime scene, where a man was found dead, locked inside. Later in the night, The Capture reached 233,000 people

On 10, Blue Bloods reached 144,000 people, while CSI: Vegas brought in an audience of 139,000.

Secrets of the Royal Palaces on SBS reached 139,000 views.

STV

Fox Cricket topped the subscription TV charts with its T20 coverage. The Innings Break topped the day, bringing in 186,000 views, followed by its New Zealand v Sri Lanka coverage with 160,000. 

The Supercars: Gold Coast coverage on Fox Sports 506 reached 160,000.
