Vax Live: The Concert To Reunite The World to air May 9th on 10

Some of the biggest names in music and entertainment will come together for an international television event, Vax Live: The Concert To Reunite The World, this Sunday, 9 May at 12.30pm on 10.

Hosted by multi-platinum singer, actress and producer, Selena Gomez, this globally televised event aims to inspire vaccine confidence worldwide.

Performers include Jennifer Lopez, Eddie Vedder, Foo Fighters, J Balvin and H.E.R, plus appearances by names like: Ben Affleck, Chrissy Teigen, David Letterman, Gayle King, Jimmy Kimmel, Nomzamo Mbatha, Olivia Munn, and Sean Penn.

The concert will also feature appearances from Vax Live campaign chair Prince Harry and Meghan, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex, and special messages from His Holiness Pope Francis, President Joe Biden, First Lady Dr Biden and Amitabh Bachchan. The President Macron of France, Prime Minister Trudeau of Canada, and Prime Minister Plenković of Croatia will also make an appearance. 

Sunday’s broadcast will also feature commitments from a number of philanthropic and private sector partners including Mastercard, Cisco, Procter & Gamble, The Analog Devices Foundation, The Stadler Family Foundation, Stanley Black & Decker, Accenture, Terumo Corporation, Spotify and The Coca Cola Foundation.

Vax Live: The Concert To Reunite The World is presented by Global Citizen, the world's largest movement of action takers and impact makers dedicated to ending extreme poverty by 2030. With over 10 million monthly advocates, they post, tweet, message, vote, sign, and call to inspire those who can make things happen to act. During last year's One World: Together at Home they mobilised over $1.5 billion in cash grants.

One World: Together at Home was a global broad entertainment special to celebrate the heroic efforts of community health workers and support the World Health Organisation and the global fight to end Covid-19.
