For fashion magazines, the March and September editions have always been the biggest issues of the year in Australia. Mediaweek spoke with editors of leading fashion brands for some insider highlights from upcoming issues.

Title: Vogue Australia
Editor-in-chief: Edwina McCann
Publisher: NewsLifeMedia
On sale: February 26

Is the March issue your biggest in the year?

This year’s March issue is 304 pages. It is second only to our September issue, which last year was 324 pages. But this year’s March issue is very special because it has been guest-edited by Emma Watson, who was very involved in the process and also fronts the cover. She came and visited us in the New Corp offices at Holt Street in Sydney last year – which was difficult to keep secret in this building – and was an inspiration to work with.
