YouTube has released their lists of what Australians have been watching for the last year on YouTube - and maybe not so surprisingly, we continued to escape into comedy and gaming. 

Superwog and LazarBeam were most popular again, while for the first time The Kid LAROI ranked alongside global superstars in our most watched music videos. Australian creators like Julian O'Shea and The Local Project also broke-through with their educational and design-focussed videos, and it was Sydney and Australian hip-hop artists that had us watching music videos.
