BigAds has rolled out Bud HyperLocal, a planning and activation platform built to help franchisors meet new Franchising Code transparency requirements while boosting local media efficiency across digital and OOH.

The launch arrives as marketers face tighter reporting rules on how franchise marketing funds are collected and spent.

Compliance meets control

The tool gives franchisors and franchisees a shared, map-based view of stores, territories and audience reach, enabling local planning with full line-of-sight on spend and delivery.

“Franchise marketers are under new pressure to show exactly where every marketing dollar goes and what it delivers,” BigAds CEO David Green said.

“Bud HyperLocal gives franchisors and their franchisee networks the transparency they need and the performance they have always wanted in one simple, intuitive and highly visual toolset.”

With the platform, campaigns can be planned regionally or by franchise group, then activated across DOOH, CTV, display and social in a single workflow.

Free planning, flexible activation

BigAds is making the planning module free for franchise partners, including the creative builder. “We want as many marketers as possible to experience it,” Green said.

Users can export configurations to run through their own DSPs, generate deal IDs using their own supply, tap BigAds’ inventory or activate directly through its managed service.

“Compliance does not have to slow innovation,” Green added.

“Bud HyperLocal lets marketers keep full control of their media strategy while meeting every new reporting and governance requirement. It is visual, fast and built for real-world franchise marketing.”

Bud HyperLocal is live now, with complimentary access to its planning and creative tools.
