Media strategy consultancy and technology business Audience Precision has strengthened its strategy architect team with the promotion of two staff.

Jessica Bray (pictured), who has been strategy architect for the past two and a half years, has been promoted to senior strategy architect. In the new role, Bray will work across all clients on media strategy as well as assist with the direction of the company’s bespoke strategy guidance platform, Precise360.

Elizabeth O’Brien, currently in the role of media executive for the past two years, has been promoted to strategy architect. O’Brien has been an integral part of the team on Audience Precision’s new RM Williams client which she will continue in her new role.

The promotions follow the appointment of Lisa Vorster as head of insights earlier this year as Audience Precision continues to expand with the appointment to RM Williams and a number of global strategy opportunities.

Bray and O’Brien’s promotions are effective immediately and both will report to audience precision chief strategy architect, Josh Sharp.

“It’s so pleasing to see that Jess and Liz have progressed their skills and are very deserving of these promotions. Jess joined Audience Precision as an intern, and we are incredibly proud that our structured internship program is producing this fresh thinking and creativity for our clients. We are sure that they will continue to help drive data-inspired media strategy for our clients,” Audience Precision global CEO, Haydon Bray, said.

Audience Precision launched with foundation client Warner Music and has clients in the entertainment, retail, health, tourism, media and other sectors. The consultancy has already established offices in New York and London, with further global expansion to come.

In November last year, Audience Precision announced that it was the first to sign with Amplified Intelligence Technologies to incorporate its new attention media planning tool, attentionTRACE Media Planner, as another layer in its strategy suite.

attentionTRACE Media Planner is a world first AI-based media planning tool using active ‘eyes-on-ad’ human attention data across digital, social and television for media planning. It has been designed and built on the premise that attention is the missing ‘relative quality’ layer in media planning.
