Fennesseys OUT, Kardashians IN - Ryan Seacrest Productions joins Endemol Shine

Endemol Shine North America has entered into a strategic partnership with Ryan Seacrest Productions (RSP), it was announced today by Charlie Corwin and Cris Abrego, co-chairmen and co-CEOs of Endemol Shine North America and Ryan Seacrest, founder/chairman Ryan Seacrest Productions.

The terms of the deal were not disclosed. The transaction is expected to close in December 2015.

Ryan Seacrest Productions’ unscripted programming division joins Endemol Shine North America’s family of award-winning subsidiary production companies, including Authentic Entertainment, Original Media, True Entertainment and 51 Minds Entertainment.

Seacrest launched Ryan Seacrest Productions (RSP) in 2006, and has since become an Emmy-winning entertainment production company creating unscripted, scripted and digital programming. RSP is currently producing the network hit series Keeping Up with the Kardashians (E!) and spin-offs Kourtney and Khloe Take the Hamptons (E!) and Dash Dolls (E!), E! Live from the Red Carpet (E!), Shahs of Sunset (BRAVO), Becoming Us (ABC Family) and I Love Kellie Pickler (CMT). The company produced the Emmy Award-winning reality series Jamie Oliver's Food Revolution (ABC).
