Radio Ratings 4 2018 – Adelaide: Mix holds top spot, but Penbo and Will take over breakfast

Mediaweek editor James Manning looks at the fourth GfK Radio Ratings survey for 2018 in the Adelaide market.

Mix 102.3 15.4%

Share pushed even higher despite breakfast easing 0.4 to 13.9%. All other dayparts lifted with Will and Woody in drive up 1.5 to 14.6%.

Fiveaa 11.8%

Penbo and Will drove the breakfast share higher, up 1.8 to 14.4%, overtaking both Mix and ABC Adelaide in the process.

Nova 91.9 10.5%

Good improvements across the board with Lewis and Lowe in breakfast up into double figures on 10.0% while Kate, Tim and Marty lost top spot to Mix in drive.

Triple M 9.9%

Breakfast held steady above 10%, but there were significant drops elsewhere – morning down 2.2 to 10.0% and afternoon down 2.5 to 11.6%.

Hit 107 8.3%

Hughesy and Kate were the station drivers this survey with their slot up 1.6 to 10.9%.

A slight dip but share holds over 8.0% with breakfast on 6.8%, up 0.5.
