Man of Many has promoted John Guanzon to the newly created role of Head of Creative & Production, recognising his contributions to the digital publisher’s expansion across video, social and audio formats.

Since joining Man of Many in 2022, Guanzon has led the development of the company’s social and video strategy, scaling its presence to more than 900,000 followers and producing original formats including Suite Spot, Monday Munchies, and Hands On. He also oversaw the build of the in-house studio and led the execution of branded campaigns for clients such as Alfa Romeo, Seiko, McLaren and Tissot.

The announcement comes as Man of Many undertakes significant growth initiatives. These include new monetisation strategies on Spotify, MSN, Facebook, and YouTube, alongside an expanded office and studio space in Surry Hills, and a forthcoming podcast slate under a new partnership with the Spotify Creator Program.

Guanzon’s tenure has coincided with industry recognition for the brand, including consecutive Website of the Year titles at the Mumbrella Publish Awards in 2023 and 2024 and accolades for Best Native Advertising at the 2024 Digital Media Awards Asia and Best Media Platform at the 2023 B&T Awards.

“Taking on the title of Head of Creative & Production is a reflection of how far we’ve come,” said John Guanzon. ““I’m incredibly proud of what we’ve built — from one-off social posts to producing premium content that defines the brand’s voice across platforms”

Looking ahead, Guanzon will continue to steer the publisher’s multi-platform content efforts, including upcoming global productions such as a video campaign in Kentucky for a leading bourbon brand, and original podcast series launching later in 2025.
