After their enormous 8-0 win over the Philippines on Sunday, the Matildas will be looking for their final win in the Asian Football Confederation qualifying matches in order to be one step closer to the Paris 2024 Olympic Games.

The Matildas vs Chinese Taipei Olympic Qualifier's coverage begins at 9:00 pm, November 1 on 10 and 10 Play and kicks off at 10:00 pm.

The Matildas are set to conclude their Olympic qualification campaign at HBF Park in Perth, WA.

While the Matildas are expected to finish on top of Group A in the qualifying matches, the lineup against the Chinese Taipei is not expected to match the full-strength starting team as seen against the Philippines.

Cortnee Vine has been ruled out with a hamstring injury, while Emily van Egmond and Ellie Carpenter will not make an appearance due to them returning to their respective clubs.

To guarantee progression to the final stage of qualification in February, the Matildas need either a win or a draw against Chinese Taipei.

The Matildas are the Number Two side in Asia, meaning they automatically qualified for round two of the Paris 2024 qualifying rounds. The USA, Canada and Brazil have already booked their places in Paris along with France as the host nation.
