The MFA board has elected Mindshare's chief strategy officer Joe Lunn as the MFA Awards chair.

Lunn said: "There’s never been a more important time to highlight the contribution media agencies make to building brands and driving business growth. It’s a period of massive change, but we have a great team in the Awards committee, who just want to see world class work coming out of Australia. I’m absolutely thrilled to be taking on this role and to be a part of helping our industry do the best possible job of celebrating work that works."

Lunn has been on the MFA Awards committee for the past two and a half years and takes over from Greg Graham, who recently stepped into a project director role with the AANA.

The 19th annual MFA Awards will be held at the Royal Hall of Industries on the 19th October 2017. Tickets can be purchased via the MFA website.
