Screen Producers Australia has announced Justin Milne will deliver the Hector Crawford Memorial Lecture at the annual Screen Forever conference in Melbourne next week.

Milne was appointed Australian Broadcasting Corporation Chairman in April of this year.

Milne is a former CEO of BigPond and later Telstra Media and has also led the Microsoft Network in Australia and OzEmail.

Other guests at the Screen Producers Australia event include Oscar, Golden Globe and BAFTA award-winning producer Donna Gigliotti, who will also deliver a keynote address.

Gigliotti is one of only nine women to win an Academy Award for Best Picture. She won as a producer on Shakespeare In Love where one of her co-producers was Harvey Weinstein.

She began her career in the screen industry as an assistant to Martin Scorsese on Raging Bull, with her most recent triumph in the Oscar-nominated film, Hidden Figures.

Returning to Screen Forever this year is ABC Studios international managing director, international content, platforms and talent, Keli Lee.
