In anticipation of the season 25 Australian release date, which is yet to be confirmed, South Park ranked third in Australia’s overall TV shows with 22.33 points above market average and seventh in New Zealand’s overall TV shows with 12.67 points.

Comedy Central’s South Park returned for its 25th season in the US, premiering on February 2nd with an episode titled ‘Pajama Day,’ which took aim at Matt Damon’s recent cryptocurrency advert.

Previously, the show aired two standalone specials in September 2020 and March 2021, which served as season 24, and last aired an entire season in 2019.

For the third week in a row, Disney +’s The Book of Boba Fett has claimed the number one spot across Digital series and Overall TV shows in both Australia and New Zealand.

Fans of the show have proved their loyalty with ratings continuing to climb, rising to 35 points above market average in Australia and 26.1 in New Zealand, a rise of three points from the week before.

The season finale will premiere Wednesday February 9, and has not yet been confirmed for another season.

Following the show’s continued success, Disney +’s The Mandalorian has ranked second in Australia for the second week in a row and has moved its way up the New Zealand charts from seventh to third in their overall TV shows.
