TV Guide: Matildas v New Zealand round 2 on 10

The Commonwealth Bank Matildas will take on the New Zealand Football Ferns live on Tuesday, 12 April on 10 Bold, 10 Play And Paramount+.

The Commonwealth Bank Matildas will face off against Trans-Tasman rivals the New Zealand Football Ferns for the second time in five days on Tuesday night in the lead up to the 2023 FIFA Women’s World Cup.

The first match took place Friday, April 8 at QCB Stadium in Townsville. Australia struck twice in injury-time on Friday to claim a memorable 2-1 win against the Kiwis.

After a disappointing Asian Cup series earlier this year, the Matildas will be looking to rebound as they face off against their co-hosts of the highly anticipated 2023 FIFA Women’s World Cup.

Former Matilda players Amy Chapman and Grace Gill will provide viewers their insight and expertise across the two-match series. 

Additionally, The Walt Disney Company and Football Australia have announced a new Australian-commissioned Disney+ Original which will tell the story of the Australian women’s national football team, the Commonwealth Bank Matildas, as they prepare for the FIFA Women’s World Cup 2023 on home soil alongside co-host New Zealand.

The series will launch on Disney+ locally in 2023 and be available on Disney+ globally at a later date.
