Country Style was first published as a quarterly in 1989 and is now 13 issues a year and published by Bauer Media, to be a magazine about regional Australia.

Country Style Editor, Victoria Carey said: “For our 30th birthday, we wanted to acknowledge our readers and give them the recognition they deserve. Regional Australia is full of amazing people doing wonderful things and we are thrilled to celebrate our 30 nominees and bring them to a national stage.”

Ian Johnstone

The awards consisted of five key categories including People, Travel, Entertainment, Home & Design and Fashion, recognising them for their innovation, hard work and dedication.
