Triple M is set to bring Rio live to its listeners through the DAB+ digital radio channel – 7 Rio Live and across the day on its FM Network.

Triple M is the official FM radio network of the 2016 Olympic Games in Rio, thanks to a partnership with the Seven Network, and from Saturday August 6 through to Monday August 22, 7 Rio Live will capture the excitement, emotion and energy from Rio.

Coverage of the Games will also include a daily show on Triple M from Australia’s sporting heroes Roy Slaven and H.G Nelson.

These sporting icons will be covering the festivities for the duration of the Games, from 12-1pm Monday to Friday, with HG officially dubbing himself as “Triple M’s senior boxing correspondent".

Listeners will be able to select 7 Rio Live on their DAB+ Radio, or via Classic Rock Digital and Modern Rock Digital (Adelaide only) including websites and apps, from 5:30am to 1pm AEST each day.

The The Mardi Gras of Medals podcast will be available each day on Triplem.com.au and via the Triple M app.
