• No activity returns for Season 2 on 26 October with an expanded cast including Rose Byrne and Damon Herriman

International stars Rose Byrne and Damon Herriman will join the cast of the Logie Award-nominated Stan Original Series No Activity for Season 2, which will premiere exclusively on 26 October.

The return of the comedy sensation promises more action, more romance, more … well, just more sitting around. Once again we join Detectives Stokes (Darren Gilshenan) and Hendy (Patrick Brammall) back on stakeout duty after last season’s catastrophic raid.

This time they’re assigned to the kidnapping of wealthy couple Elizabeth (Rose Byrne) and Bernie (Damon Herriman). Meanwhile Carol (Genevieve Morris) gets a new partner when April (Harriet Dyer) is promoted from Dispatch, and Bruce (David Field) and Jimmy (Dan Wyllie) are forced to come out of retirement.

We find out just how fine the “thin blue line” really is as No Activity Season 2 brings more hilarious and inappropriate discussion of life, sex, work, love, family, hopes, dreams, regrets and everything in between (including the tragic loss of an eel).

Also joining the cast this season are Chum Ehelepola (Rake), Anthony Hayes (The Rover), Susie Youssef (Here Come the Habibs) and Kim Gyngell (Jack Irish).

They join the returning cast including Patrick Brammall (Offspring), Darren Gilshenan (Here Come the Habibs), Dan Wyllie (Offspring), David Field (A Moody Christmas), Harriet Dyer (Love Child) and Genevieve Morris (Comedy Inc.).
