SBS has appointed Sean Yuen (pictured) to the role of head of broadcast technology and systems, responsible for ensuring the network’s technology services and platforms enable the delivery of content to SBS audiences.

Yuen brings to the role a wealth of experience in telecommunications and media across Australia’s commercial and pay-TV networks including Telstra, Seven West Media and Foxtel, where he has helped develop and execute technology strategies, delivered business transformations and led technical system integration projects.

Yuen has worked for KPMG as an associate director in its advisory practice leading digital consulting in the telco, media and technology sectors. He has also worked at Accenture building its media and entertainment practice across Asia Pacific.
