Total TV Ratings December 1

The ABC performed well in the total TV ratings after registering the top two non-news programs for the night with Gruen (960,000) and Hard Quiz (930,000), both programs were up by over 13%.

On Nine, Mega Zoo had 741,000 viewers while a repeat of Emergency had 572,000.

On Seven, a repeat of Border Security: Australia's Frontline had 716,000 before an encore of Adele: One Night Only had 451,000.

On 10, a repeat of All Aussie Adventures had 371,000 viewers.

Overnight TV Ratings December 8

Seven has broken Nine's summer winning streak after posting the #1 share in both primary channel (21.5%) and network 29.8%. This was thanks to a cricket heavy lineup that saw day one of the first  Ashes Test, with the highest ranking segment coming at tea with 503,000. This was followed by the BBL as 394,000 watched as the Sydney Sixers defeated the Hobart Hurricanes.

With no Snackmasters on Wednesday nights, Nine put out a repeat of Mega Zoo (440,000) followed by a repeat of Emergency (341,000).

On 10, The Project had 350,000 tune in for its second half from 7pm as the show covered Australia's boycott of the Winter Olympics. The AACTA Awards then followed with 275,000 viewers,

The ABC had the top two entertainment programs last night as Hard Quiz (501,000) and Gruen (468,000) continue to dominate their timeslots.
