The Octagon makes a historic return to Australia. Live from Marvel Stadium in Melbourne, Australia’s first UFC champion, middleweight Robert “The Reaper” Whittaker will defend his 185-pound belt for the first time on home soil against interim title holder, Israel “The Last Stylebender” Adesanya, in a five-round Trans-Tasman championship bout.

UFC 193: Rousey vs. Holm packed 56,214 fans throughout the Docklands venue, breaking a world attendance record for an MMA event. Holm was slated to appear on UFC 243, but an injury has seen her withdraw from the event.
