Fox Cricket announces securing of rights to West Indies Vs. Australia tour

The Foxtel Group has announced it will showcase the Australian Men’s cricket tour of the West Indies, with live and exclusive coverage on Fox Cricket, beginning Saturday, July 10 from 9.30am AEST.

A blockbuster tour of Five T20’s and three ODI’S will put the best short from cricketers in the world on display, when Australia’s Aaron Finch, Mitchell Starc, Matthew Wade and Josh Hazlewood size up against West Indies stars Chris Gayle, Kieron Pollard, Dwayne Bravo, Andre Russell and Nicholas Pooran.

Fox Cricket general manager, Matt Weiss, said: “It’s great news that Fox Cricket will showcase the Aussie tour of the West Indies.”

“It’s an important tour with places up for grabs for the ICC T20 World Cup later this year. As the home of cricket for fans in Australia, we will also have every match of the T20 World Cup Live and Exclusive leading into the Ashes Tour staring in December.

“The West Indies will roll out their biggest stars in this format, with names like Gayle, Pollard, Bravo and Pooran - what a great way for Aussie cricket fans around Australia to wake up this Saturday morning.”

The deal further strengthens Fox Cricket as the home of cricket in Australia. Every 2021/2022 Ashes Test, each Men’s and Women’s International played in Australia, the Men’s ICC T20 World Cup, BBL|11 and WBBL|07 is available Live and in HD, with the best cricket commentary team in the world on Foxtel and Kayo.
