The Love Boat

The Real Love Boat will premiere on Wednesday, October 5 at 7:30 pm on 10 and 10Play.

The brand new reality dating show is based on the 1970s scripted series, The Love Boat, and will see 21 single men and women from around Australia board the luxurious Princess Cruises ship, Regal Princess, hoping to find "the one".

They will set sail across the Mediterranean sea to stunning locations in Spain, Greece, France, Italy, Turkey and Montenegro.

Contestants will get Destination Dates, and surprise singles will test couples' compatibility and chemistry.

And after a month on the ocean, only one couple will have the chance to make it to the final port. As the series' exclusive line partner, Princess Cruises will award the winning couple with a once-in-a-lifetime trip.

The Real Love Boat hosts Top: Paolo Arrigo. Bottom left to right: Hannah Ferrier, Darren McMullen and Daniel Doody

Much like the beloved original scripted series, the indispensable crew members will play pivotal roles in the matchmaking and navigation of the romantic (and sometimes turbulent) waters ahead.
